Gravity liquid-liquid separator is used for separating various emulsions which are difficult to separate, especially suitable for liquid-liquid separation for the two liquids with slight gravity difference and liquid-liquid-solid separation for a mixture consists of two immiscible liquids that may contain fine suspended solids in small quantities.
It is a gravity liquid-liquid separator with high performance in China th strong separating capacity. The suspension is fed through the bottom, the bowl of the centrifuge rotates around its axis and forms a strong centrifugal force and the centrifugal force separates the suspension into liquids and solid.
The lighter liquid and the heavier liquid drain out from their respective liquid outlets on the top of the separator. At the same time the solids are deposited on the bowl's wall. When the bowl full accumulated with solids, there will be no liquid comes out, the machine shall be power off. After the machine completely stopped, dismantle the bowl from the machine and clean the accumulated solids manually from the bowl with special tools supplied together with the separator.
The parts contact with the material is made of stainless steel. The fresh fruit separating machine 's body is iron casted which can be covered with stainless steel or painted according to the material to requirement of the customer.
