Decanter Centrifuge is a kind of machinery equipment used to continuously separate the materials having density difference in the suspension by adopting the principle of centrifugal sedimentation.Its basic principle is as follows:
The rotary drum and material transfer spiral rotate at a high speed with certain differential speed,and the materials will be continuously introduced into the internal barrel of the spiral material pusher through the feeding pipe and enter
into the rotary drum after being accelerated,under the effect of centrifugal force field,the heavier solid will deposit residues.The material transfer spiral pusher will continuously push the deposited solid to the taper end of the rotary drum,
After being dehydrated at the drying area they are discharged outside the machine from internal liquid loops and overflow outside the rotary drum from the large end overflow vent of the rotary drum and will be discharged outside
the machine through the liquid outlet,The machine can be operated at full speed to complete such procedures as feeding,sedimentation,separation,dehydration and discharging without interruption.It has such features as compact structure,
continuous working,stable operation strong adaptability to materials to be separated,high production capacity and convenient maintenance,It is applicable to separating suspension with the strength within the range of 240 containing solid granules with diameter more than 0.005mm,It is widely used in such industries as chemical industry,light industry,light industry,pharmacy,food and environmental protection etc.
Application:
1. Any suspension with 3 phase,light liquid,heavy liquid and solid,i.e.Fat ,water,sludge separation.
2. Chemical or pharmaceutical products such as: butane dicarboxylic acid, alum, aluminum hydroxide, ammonium hydrogen carbonate,nitrate, ammonium sulphate, anthracene, antibiotics, barium chloride, barium carbonate, barium sulphate, benzene, blood products, blue vitriol, borax, boric acid, calcium carbonate, calcium citrate, calcium hydroxide, calcium nitrate, calcium oxalate, casein, cellulose, chrome yellow, clay, methyl cellulose, corundum, corn plum mule, cooking oil, processed fish, mirabilite, glutamate, hops, pesticide diatomaceous earth, herbicides, tartaric acid, sodium sulphate, sodium phosphate, sodium nitrate, carbon black and others materials.

Features:
Bowl speed: high rotating speed design and high centrifugal force, that effectively remove particles ≥3μm;
Length-diameter ratio: actual effective L/D ratio is higher than 4.1; long drying area maximum the settling time and dewatering time of sludge;
BD plate: A round stop is mounted between the conveyor settlement area and the drying area. The sludge in the settlement area is compressed first and then enters into the drying area, minimum the moisture rate of sludge.
