Main parts of the machine:
The bowl and the spiral
The bowl is made by straight, taper tube and big end. The big end has adjustable water level outlet, the small end has the slag hole of nano-ceramic. The bowl and the spiral can be made of high quality steel or stainless steel. The screw feeder is formed by the core tube blade. The blade pusher portion is lined with hard alloy sheeet. All of these guarantee the wear-resistance of pusher and the wear tightness clearance of external drum.
The body
Used to install bearing, motor, housing, the bottom of the shock absorter, the overall base of the steel welded together by the parties, the whole foot install without screws, placed directly on the basis of the centrifuge, and it's easy to install.
Differential mechanism
To complete the transfer by the differential screw bowl and the difference between constant speed, so that after the separation of solids and stable introduction fo slag discharge port, with frequency control, with the materials according to the situation, the proportion of different solid content of different differential speed adjustment to achieve the best effect and push mud separation.FAQ
